These Terms and Conditions of Use are legally binding upon purchase of the ENAB Sensory Club print subscription. Please read them carefully before subscribing.
Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time before their next billing date. Annual subscribers are prepaid for 12 months and do not receive refunds after mailing begins. Cancellation stops future billings but does not provide refunds for mailings already paid for or sent. To cancel, email [email protected].
If your envelope does not arrive within 14 days of the ship date, please email [email protected]. We will reship one replacement card at no charge if reported within 30 days of the original ship date. We are not responsible for mail lost or damaged by USPS after it leaves our hands.
